Like me, for instance. You see, I grew up in a third world country and back home, Christmas is a big deal. We really love to celebrate big.
I remember when I was a kid, on Christmas Eve, all of my uncles and cousins would come over to my grandma's house and gather for what we call Noce Buena. It's a tradition we follow where we make a big feast for the family. It was always a blast from my uncle's Bag jokes to me and my cousins playing around with fireworks, the food, the lights. Oh man, it brings so many memories to the date. It's a tradition we always follow. It's like on Christmas Day. We actually call Christmas Day Estreno, which means you are supposed to dress with new clothes that day.
I know it's a bit silly, but trust me, this is a big deal too, and that's what I'm talking about. Traditions during the holidays are minimal. I'm sure a lot of you have your own, and I really hope you are enjoying them as well.
As we celebrate, let's spread the good vibes beyond our own lives. Whether it's supporting local businesses, giving back to the community, or simply sharing kindness, these acts create a harmonious atmosphere. This holiday season, let's focus on spreading gratitude and positive energy.
